When it comes to private citizens owning guns, are you pro or anti?

I don't see a point for everyday citizens to need a gun less you grew up street or have a valid reason. I also don't see a reason why ever day citizens shouldn't be allowed to have guns so I'd so pro.

I'm for it being legal, but I agree with sensible restrictions and background checks, and also probably wouldn't ever bother to get one myself.

This, plus psychological evaluations as well. Stable, sane, law-abiding citizens have every right to own guns. But some mentally unstable people should not.

I like Canada's system. As we actually have one.

I want a gun but where i currently live I'm not allowed one so I'd have to store it at a relatives or something and I don't like my relatives that much.

let's integrate guns to their owners fingerprint so only they can fire it. the fingerprint should be reprogrammable upon transfer.

When your country has a history of getting fucked in the ass by imperialist overlords and the abuse only stopped when you finally shot back, you'd have to be severely misguided if you ever become anti-gun.

You only need a gun if you are afraid, or scared. The fact that so many Americans seem to own one (or more) just tells us that they are scared, that they have zero trust in their goverment's ability to protect them.
