I'm noticing a trend here...

Pretty much all of us got at least one of the new 4/5 star units they added, but pretty much none of us got one of those that we really wanted. This isn't just for GFL, but for any gacha game: Remember that even when the RNG goddesses decide to be generous, they can still find ways to screw with people.

BTW can you get 5 star things from any summon in Epic Seven? I ask because I got a 4 star from the free summon, and from my experience in gachas, you can only get up to 3 star stuff from free pulls.

I can't say about the first free summon in the game, I've only gotten 3*'s from my several resets. You can get a 5* from the Selective Summon, which comes at the end of the tutorial. I believe you can only get one 5* from that summon though so there is no need to try to roll a multi with more than one 5*.

I can also confirm that the daily free summon allows you to pull for 5*'s. I was able to snag one from my second free daily summon. ^_^

The instructions on selective says you can only pull 1 5*. It used to be that you can roll as many 5* as possible but they changed it for global

No luck on any of the other new dolls in Girls' Frontline, and I have no interest in the latest event banner in Fire Emblem Heroes... but at least I had some good gacha luck in one of my other games.





First time I've ever pulled more than one 4* Cure in the same day in Precure Connection Puzzlun, and I get three of them. On top of that, two of them are for an attack color that I didn't have a 4* of yet (I already had multiple pinks since they're the most common color, but no greens or reds before today) so that makes this haul even better.

Wow you should've kept Destina. She's basically just one of the best units in the game. It's increasingly getting hard to pull 5*s lol. I pulled a freaking dupe 5* artifact tho >.>. Not the worst, but it's not the best artifact either.

Also, I'm 90% sure the instructions said 1 5* maximum but I guess either I read it wrong or it wasn't working as intended. If it was possible to get 2 5*s, I would've gone a bit further. Damn Rose coming together with a 5* Vildred :(. Though I don't regret it

I know, I was naive and dumb. But at least I rolled Angelicka. And it'd honestly be weird if they locked out a rank since, at base, they still at least have a chance to roll twice out of 10. Especially if one is rolled at a higher rate.

I got like 3 good units in my team and my second dps slot is all in the air. Was doing Coli but shes completely shit. Got this 4* Water Mage, don't remember her name but she's a less shitty replacement

If you don't have Destina, you should most certainly use Elson. You can get him for free in the lobby if you complete his quests. Use him asap and promote him.

Also gimmick teams are really good in this game. If you can, build a team with a good combination of artifact and status effects. Carrot is famous for being a great niche 3* for burn status related strategies. Or just stack your whole team with different debuff related skills and have a dps unit that increases damage depending on how much debuff the enemy has. Stuff like that. I use Dingo and constantly haste my team and use Destina for insane AOE sustain

Basically there are quite a few 3* and 4* that are better than a lot of 5*s, but you have to be really creative with them. People just like guys like Sez because he can just do all the damage without much set up or buffs/debuffs

To promote, you max level a character and then feed them the same rarity units. That's what the blue and gold wolves are for btw. Elson starts as a 3* so there's some wolf grinding involved. I've done it myself but it's quite easy once you try it out

Im making a little counter healer with Carmainerose or whatever her name was. She has counter attack gear so when someone triggers her counter, she gets some life back :3

Holy freaking crap I just rolled Cecilia off of a lucky daily 5 bookmark from the Launch Celebration event thing. Oh my freaking god.



I recently got garbage off a 10 summon, too. So for this one, I did some odd chuuni pose, did a kamehameha pose at the screen like the cringelord that I am, did the hyeeaaaahhhh while spinning around, clicked pull, saw the lil brat on the right aaaand BAM. Welp, now I know what to do every summon.

I got such a damn good set up going atm:

Grass: Destina (healer), Vildred (aoe dps)

Water: Karin (single target dps), Rose (team buff/pure tank)

Fire: Cecilia (enemy debuff/off. tank), Dingo (support dps/status)

I love using every single one of these guys. But I'll probably use Rose on fire heavy dungeons and use Cecilia on everything else. But Rose/Cecilia on the same team is also an option since Cecilia is so dps focused.

Feels bad about some of the 3*s I had plans for the Cecilia basically ruined lul but I'm so happy right now. I don't have to roll for ages

Dingo is low key op if you have really strong other 3 party members. If you awaken his cooking skill, he can basically just lower your party's cooldown by 1, clear ALL debuffs from your party, and get another turn so you don't miss out on attacking. The cooldown of the skill goes down every time you kill an enemy. Mobs basically make this skill broken as hell because you're guaranteed to get a team haste every wave

His DoTs are not to shabby either, and if you have a bunch of souls saved up, you can use his s1 and get another turn, which in turn lets you use cooking again sooner. He's just really great if you use him right, basically
