Currently the only contradiction I'm seeing is Death said he didn't like Harris then went on to say Harris looked good based on what others had said about monster mafia. He went on to end the day on the slot he previously said looked good.

I dont remember starting out saying I liked Harris.

Also my Scare vote was half trying to save DYL anyway (and half me not liking the way Harris replaced out and a few things Scare said since then. Why does everyone act as if Harris replacing out was not a big thing)

Uh 2 things here FD
1. That first quote you pull up is exactly what I said before. Not a contradiction. Its not as if I was talking about myself.

2. I should have been more clear. The replace meta talk was about other replaces and not Harris'. I didnt want to linger on it too much, but I will explain. Back in the signup topic Ben asked for multiple replacers. He only needed one in the end. But it made me think maybe scum asked for one of their inactive teammates to be replaced as well. And it made me wonder about the later replacees. Though this is all independent from Harris, and this is the kind of replace meta I dont like. Harris announced his departure In the game, and that is something I dont like and can freely discuss.

'it could help his case' in the sense of, it might help him look better to those that wanted to vote him. I was telling DYL to claim to help himself. Because me saying I didnt like his lynch was not gonna help much.
It didnt matter to me because I was already leaning Scare. But I would have slept easier knowing he would claim or had claimed.

Also I never said it was a 99/01 split.
It wasnt an easy decision. I explained why I went with Scare.

One thing I wanted to address before I post the scarepinions.

Kanz was around approx 3 hours to lynch

He mentioned that he wasn't feeling well, but then he started participating. He talked, he interacted, he gave opinions. Here were his last 3 posts before the lynch was decided:

Honestly I didn't really know how to react. I still don't. It's annoying because I can't shake off the feeling Ben fucked up the role PM and meant to say 'during the day you will receive information' and not night, yet I also can't deny the possibility of a scumkill (or the world's stupidest townkill if Harris was the Ultimate Gunslinger and shot Chris, which is an option). It feels like a useless pit of speculation right now and I don't want to think about it until I have more data.

And yet somehow it was brought up multiple times that Kanz was "not around to defend himself". He had JUST been on! He said that being sick was why he hadn't been on prior, but then he started doing shit. Until he didn't.

Han: On the note of Harris, hes new and his posts in topic 1 sounded very much like someone conversing with others without any extra information. He read as someone who isn't informed, not to mention someone excited and visibly so. He was probably my highest Townread and just because he decided to play around and get replaced doesn't mean hes Scum.

IGCD: DYL is by far the better lynch here. I like the people on DYL way more than I like the people on Scare. I am not discounting Scare being scum due to that Pirate replace but I feel he handled himself quite well.

Neablis: I believe Scare is town, disregarding pirate for a moment, look at myself and scares interaction.

I was at the movies watching Bohemian Rhapsody with the wife though, as I said prior to leaving to said movies, but I saw the tags later.

I'm currently listing everyone who never have a real opinion on Scarris the entire day.

Spoilers: Kanz is on that list.

Unless i missed a post, this is the most Kanz said of Scarris:

At least I'm glad we're mostly done with that dumb Scare chase, the questions possed just made no sense to me - really the only thing we took out of it is he didn't deny Harris had something to do with it, but that's not a big tell of anything considering he could just as easily be town as antitown

My opinion was that after I made Harris pose 3 questions to 3 people I was very unimpressed with what he came up with and I did not get the impression he was really trying to hint school with that effort.

But I really had nothing bad to say about scare after the replacement so I never revoted the slot when my vote got removed.

I would have been happy if he was scum because of the pressure I put onto the slot before replacement though.

DYL's sole comment also came very near the beginning of the day and it wasn't much of a stance. His subsequent vote was fine from a self preservation standpoint, but he could have just as easily killed Kanz in that spot.

I support the effort on SBell but what gives me pause is he's been on DYL all game, with DYL flipping on him now. My initial thought is that they are both Scum who are seeing that one of their lynches are likely and trying to set themselves up to look good, but that might just be wishful thinking.

No you misunderstand. I don't need to be given a reason not to put a vote down. Besides I'm pretty sure I already had voted for him at that point (good job there). I needed to feel better about him filling a town player slot and his reluctance to claim and stubbornness was not making me feel better.

Wkth that said I did change my opinion on him and I could have sworn I told people to stop trying to lynch him. Corrik especially went very hard at the no claiming thing (much more than me) and I had already come to the conclusion he was trying to eat a Nk. Which is why I was much more comfortable ending on DYL when I left for the night.
