Thanks for the tip, but... do people not listen to music at a computer these days or something? I've known that for a long time.

I guess your average person pretty much doesn't use actual PCs nowadays but for this topic we're on a gaming site so I assume we all get some PC usage. Though I also assume any of you could be posting from your phone at any given time

And speaking of which, I did end up getting an SSD all figured out for my PC and it's nice cause Spotify (among other things) used to take like a million years to load but now it's quick. Still have the RAM on the way but I doubt I'll see any visible differences in anything with that. I probably don't even need it at all and whenever I get a new PC it will be no good since it's DDR3 but WHATEVER

If any of you ever find yourself wanting to listen to music at a computer, Spotify is much better on PC than phones. There's less ads and you can pick and choose whatever songs you want to listen to. None of that random crap that mobile makes you do.

Also if you have an adblocker, it'll block all the spotify ads if you play music through your browser

Wow. And it's still 2018. That's a value. Unfortunately I have to order Persona 3 Dancing in Moonlight and Persona 5 Dancing in Sunlight so I can't afford a third dancing game at this time.

I bought JD2k19 at launch, but I'm taking advantage of this sweet deal and getting a second copy, in case my original one gets lost or stolen.

My experience with OoT is tied to my experience with Kingdom Hearts. I played Kh first and thought Kevin, you just played the greatest game of all time. A few months later I played OoT and thought Kevin, I'm sorry but this game is much better than Kingdom Hearts.

A few days ago it was also the 20th anniversary of the Gameboy Color. I still have mine in working condition. I bought it the day it was released so I had something to play with over Thanksgiving break in college. I got OoT when it released but I didn't play it until after the semester was done when I would have more time.

I played it pretty much when it came out, probably got it as a Christmas present. It's always floating in and out of the top spot of my favorite game of all time. That spot might belong to BotW now but I'm way more likely to play OoT again than BotW

Ocarina was the type of game that made you rethink what a game could be. Graphically it was well out of date when I played it, but it was at that moment, by far the best game I had ever played.

I think BotW might also be my favorite Zelda now, and as an adult I might actually prefer Majora to Ocarina (would have to replay both again to be sure) but you can't match the impact Ocarina had on our young gamer lives.

Speaking of games that are better but less nostalgic or whatever, the poll today asks for your favorite SNES game and I couldn't decide so I voted for Super Metroid since I played it most recently for the first time and think it might be objectively the best one. I truly don't know what my *favorite* one would be though

I think SMB3 was the first game I ever had "Wow, this is the best game ever" thoughts, but OoT was definitely the second and I agree that it really changed my perspective.

I think if I were to say pure "favorite" it would be SMW just cause I actually played that one a lot as a kid. I do agree with you though on feeling like Super Metroid is objectively the best one I've played to date.

But in the end I voted for... Zelda. I don't really know why, splitting the difference I guess? That and it was one of the first new games I played when I finally owned a SNES of my own, though at that point I was late teens. Everyone I knew growing up with a SNES had SMW and it's great of course, but there was something fun about discovering ALttP, this game that had been there all along but I never really played cause my friends either didn't have it or it just wasn't a good two-player game.

One of my first memories is watching my older brother playing ALttP and shitting myself. I was probably 3. I don't know why I remember this. Not like I was shitting myself because the game was cool, it's just a thing that happened and the Zelda aspect makes it more vivid I guess

These people just need to settle their shit themselves. They make Aaron sound like a shitty person, but airing your dirty laundry publicly is also something a shitty person would do. Not like we'll ever know the full story anyway unless they all decide to reconcile and be honest about where they fucked up

Every now and then they make some public statement where they play the compassionate loving family and he's some kind of monster, when in reality there are probably issues going both ways. But it's funny that they do this and he literally never responds. If you actually were interested in reconciling and building trust you wouldn't be calling him out in public like that.

Everyone on social media is getting on Jordan for airing out dirty laundry, but who knows who is actually at fault for their drama. Sometimes the quiet instigator is the one who is starting shit and then when you call them out, they go, "Woah dude you need to chill" and they try to make you seem like the bad guy all along. At least us folks in this topic recognize it probably goes both ways.
