45 y/o Tara Strong, known for her voice acting in popular tv shows and movies and video games recorded the shocking moment when an Uber driver was interrupting her conversation with fellow liberal actress, 49 y/o Rena Sofer and called them LEFTIE DEMONS!!

Tara, who's known for voice acting for Rugrats and Fairly Odd Parents, and popular video games such as Kingdom Hearts, LittlebigPlanet, Tales of Symphonia and Final Fantasy was in a ride to go vote during the midterm elections when the driver accused them of "ruining america".

The old white man said they were being RACIST and a shouting match occurred as they told him to pull over. He said "That's the lefty, it's a mind control"

Tara says "you like trump's mouthpiece". The driver responds "you guys ruined america, you ruined this country". Rena, actress best known for Melrose Place and 24 responds "i'm so excited to send this video to your boss, you will be fired"

The driver accuses them of trying to SILENCE him by threatening him to get him fired but the women tell him it's not because of differing views but because he was rude to yell and insult them.

Tara said Hey @realDonaldTrump 1 of your crazy sycophant followers, an @Uber driver almost kileld @RenaSofer & when he found we're democrats, he shouted your vile hatred that #Soros paid for the #caravan & that #transgender is a mental disorder, his neighbor @benshapiro told him so"

Sofer also said the driver was erratic and became highly animated when he overheard their conversation and called them evil, lefty demons for wanting people to accept gay people into their "straight utopia"

She said "He's an immigrant who showed up at the border in the 80's and then applied for immigration status. Today he would have been KICKED OUT without his children! And we are demons? @Uber is this ok with you? Your driver was out of line!!".

The duo went out to vote for Democrat, Harley Rouda who narrowly defeated Dana Rohrabacher, who infamously said he was PRO-RUSSIA.

Tara has had mostly support from her followers but she also now have people who will BOYCOTT any video game she voices as they called themselves "former devoted fans"

Who happened to work on said game is not something i consider or often even know when getting a game. Though even if voice actors were a deciding factor for me if she did good work her going on a killing spree wouldnt stop me from buying stuff she was in. Oh this work is really good but the person who did the work is bad and so this work is now bad? Nah.

Personally, I love Tara Strong, though. Shes one of the voice actors I knew as a child. I watched Rugrats all the time. So, I saw her name all the time as a kid.

And why are people mad at them? The guy interrupted their conversation. And then start yelling and calling them names. And how did either of them use their celebrity status to strip him or his livelihood? If they are talking about reporting him, he was rude and should be reported...

I think we're missing some context because they clearly had talked to each other enough to refer to previous dialog. Still, if all that happened was he interrupted the conversation then yeah, not his place. Drivers can give reviews to passengers I think, so he would have been better off doing that.

Which is probably why he was calling them racist.

I pay 0 attention to voice actors/actresses in games. Most times I just turn off the sound, turn on subtitles, and blast some music in the background instead.

I thought that was based on something she had just said. Idk. It is possible there is a lot more, though. But its hard to hear what both sides are saying because they are talking over each other.

That would be just as bad since nobody would want him as a driver if he leaves bad reviews because of somebody having a different opinion than him.

You do end up seeing the same names a lot. Same thing with anime sometimes. I remember watching a bunch I had with my brother. I notice a lot of the same names during the credits. And realize a bunch of them were the same...
