First get some mini yukon gold potatoes. Clean and lightly coat with oil, then place in a pot at 350 (you can roll them in spices at this point a bit if you want as well). Cook for about 40 minutes.
Next lightly oil a pan, and melt a bit of butter as well. Add the potatoes to the pan, turning so that it is nicely crispy and toasted on all sides. Near the end salt/pepper and garlic to taste (so the spices don't burn). Remove to a plate and let cool slightly. Enjoy!!! --- "did you steal my f***in signature" Helly ... Copied to Clipboard!
