Apparently wants the services to do her job. And were back down to only 2 people when the job should have 4-5. 3 is like we can probably finish on time. 4 is when its good. 5 is full and we shouldnt have to worry. But were down to 2.

We have helped do her job a couple times before she was here. And after she got here, we would help when she was sick or had to take off.

But now, they want us to do her job every Saturday since she has Saturdays off. We dont even get a working day off. Except Sunday, when were closed and every bloody usually has off...

She was here today and said she wasnt going to do the lobby or the trash outside. So I told my guy shell get in Monday then, because Im not doing it, either.

tl;dr - The cleaning lady wants us to do her job when she isnt here, and sometimes when she is...

File a complaint to whomever could do something about it?

Normally I don't like the idea of potentially costing someone their job but if they just plain ain't doing their job that's their fault.

This sounds either like something your manager should handle, or your job really sucks if they are just going to let her not clean

I've heard of this situation before, there is only one solution.

If you try and fire her, or you complain, it'll just backfire.

You have to secretly have her killed, and have her body never be found.

Crocodiles work very well for this.

Then they will hire someone to replace her, and if they start to act up, just mention that the last "cleaning lady" dissapered mysteriously when she didn't do her job properly.

Complaining wont work for a few reasons. The reason she thinks she can do this is because the boss asked us to do it. But he had only first asked us to do it when she was off during the weekday. Then, started asking to help her on the Saturday since that was one of her off days. We only have Sunday off because of our low manning. She gets the whole weekend. She took him asking us to help as a way for her to slack off. And she might be right.

Another reason I cant complain is that it will backfire. She most likely wouldnt even be talked to except for them to let her know we complained about her. And if she finds out, shell try to get us fired. And she probably could. She knows a lot of gossip, which she usually tells me. But she could also get one of the guys to look at the camera to find something they could fire us for. And while I wouldn't want to cause anyone their job, I would mind much for her since she got one of the guys I supervised fired. I think it was over a disagreement(not even an argument) they had.

Her job is to clean, if the place is dirty, she will lose her job. So don't clean, and if she doesn't do her job, she will be fired.

Apparently, shes mad at one of my guys... Well, the only one since I only have one other guy under me. She will not talk to him at all... The only thing we can think is shes mad he didnt do her job. And that guy is going to be gone Saturday, so they want her to work with me. And it might be awkward...
