It helps me deal with work/life situations. I used to lash out at the world around me (in my head) and one day I just kinda realized how pointless and miserable it is to live moments of my life that way. I even did it to this board sometimes, almost like an unintentional outlet for personal frustrations. I won't preach. Just a suggestion. --- Working in a team is great!
