Red made a nothing post, like he tends to do more as scum. Like a complete fluff tier post. Essentially saying "there are new people in this game". So rather than saying 'Thanks for that, Luster' I asked him if that's what we could expect from him this game.

Then tell me what has red said since the game started that is much different than his 'there are new people in this game post'?

He has just been making statements and not committing any opinion to record. This is something I particularly noticed him doing the last time we were scum together. And then when he gets into hot water he gets aggressive and calls people bad and counts on people losing their nerve and lynching someone who is putting up less resistance.

Yes my vote was an early one, and one I would have no problem moving if he gave me a reason to. So far though I haven't seen anything from him that would make me want to move it.

FD voting red was pretty much the first thing that happened in the game, and it came off of a question with a purpose and an answer that caused a read. FD basically kickstarted the game, where there is literally nothing to go off of, with a vote that would have been defendable in late game. In no way is that scummy.

You say FD isn't at the top of the list of possible scum. Why, then, do you choose to go after him rather than someone higher up on the list?

...well. After a 200+ post catch-up, new thoughts have certainly surfaced.

Terra:
It's been a while, but doesn't Terra lurk like heck when he's scum? @Terra-enforcer, you're a pretty good player, would really appreciate having some input from you!

Geno, and his situation in general:
I didn't know what to make of this for the longest time as I was reading, but what ultimately convinced me was Chris' paragraph about protecting newbie Town, because I've had those exact thoughts before. About Alakazam, specifically, for those of you who know him. If that's how Chris is seeing geno right now, then I buy it.

Corrik, and his situation in general:
Mixed bag, because while I might be able to get a solid read on his potential replacement, Corrik is also a good player in his own right.

Finally, a few short thoughts.

Hbthebattle is looking slightly scummier to me. His opinions seem too...flexible? He seems like he's just following the Town, is what I'm trying to say.

Don't know where this train on red is coming from- he didn't really stand out one way or the other to me. Haven't played with him before, though, so I'm probably missing something.

Doopliss is looking Town. I sometimes have trouble deciding how I feel about him, but right now I like how he went through and gave his thoughts on each player. I remember that being a Town indicator for him.

FD, by "calmed down" I meant you were no longer posting every other minute to give weird emoji-filled fluff. That's all. I didn't mean to imply anything about your activity level, just the content of your posts.

I'm home for the night, so I'm gonna start in on that re-reading of the topic as a whole now.

I relatively trust Chris. I don't necessarily trust everyone you listed as Town, though. Your reasoning for Death doesn't make sense, for example, as it had already been posted a couple times Veterans were town.

Also, yeah, this vote on red doesn't sit well with me, especially after we never got any information from Han. Think about it this way, it makes sense for Ben, Scare, and Han to be messing around on the first page, but Red also doing it makes him scum? It doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

The only time it's been wrong is when I was scum and put myself in it. Actually, Scare did. But when other people use THE BOOK OF CONFIRMED TOWN, the same infallibility applies (Please dont abuse this power). Luckily, Scare was scum too.

red's probably my weakest scum read, I see where FD is coming from, but really I just wanted to get four on the table and the only other person I felt even a little bit queasy about was Han.

Corrik I believe is scum due to his complete refusal to help Town, threatening to Vig Chris, a known behemoth as Town, interfering with Shad's line of questioning, and pestering Jedi with anti-Town questions as soon as he came in. Actively working against Town, shockingly enough, leads me to believe he's scum.

Chris and Shad I only think might be scum because Corrik threatened to Vig Chris and got in an argument with Shad. I know Chris is too good for me to read, and I suspect Shad is as well, so why try to read them by reading a player who I think knows who's scum? Corrik openly admits he gets into fights with his scummates often (hell, Shad mentioned that he and Corrik had done it before, and Corrik tried to use the altercation to say they couldn't both be scum).
