Shes accepting my invites to dinners and then we usually just walk a bit I and take her home. She walks really close to me that our arms rub together as we walk. I definitely notice it and feel a bit awkward but she doesnt act like she notices and keeps doing it.

So I feel that she maybe likes me too but im not sure if she wants to be in a relationship with me yet.

I just want to let her know that I really like her.

Whats a good gift to give her the next time we have dinner again?

More or less this. If you'd be in the wanting to go to an upscale place for a dinner date, throw in a "my treat" or something thereabouts. I would think the majority of romantically inclined gifts would be akin to kicking down the front door rather than knocking/asking if anyone's home.

Could also find a gift centered around her interests. "Saw this and thought you'd like it" or something like that, then segue into the direct approach.

Im here visiting my family and taking time off. But I have to be back in UK soon. Id have to ask her to wait for me or ask her to come with me.

And I thought giving her a meaningful gift can remind her of me while im away.

I don't think a gift would help this current situation. Like, it wouldn't hurt, but I think what would help is if you took a chance and just held her hand and see how she reacts.

Or ask if you can hold her hand.

Next time you're walking together, literally just hold her hand. Don't ask. If you're brushing up together and shes not actively walking away from you when yo do it, just hold her hand.

Not taking a chance doesnt prevent rejection, it just prevents you from knowing about it.

If you take a chance and get burned you have the ability to pick yourself back up.

Much better than potentially pining for something that was never going to happne

You are right. But our next meeting will only be our 4th meeting. Am I doing this too early? Or should I keep being friends with her and ask her when I come back after a few months?

You should take her hand next time it happens, thats clearly what she expecting from you at this point.
You fear rejection, but girls don't like guys who are not confident and can't make a first step, especially when hinted to.
Oh and about the gift, i wouldn't bother at this point

Take her to movies , cut a hole at bottom of popcorn bucket insert wang. Eventually her hand will make contact from eating through popcorn.

It's not too early unless you are going to admit undying oppressive love or something crazy like that. Just tell her that you've really enjoyed her company and/or how much you like talking to her. Ask her if she feels the same way. Worst rejection you'll likely get is that she is flattered but she doesn't.
