Last time, a vast majority of you voted Crono as being the weakest N9 member and hardly any of you voted for Mega Man.

Have the results swayed your minds with respect to these two? Who wins?

Mega Man still probably stronger than Crono. Pikachu being a few percentage points stronger than Bowser makes sense given the results the two put up this contest.

Topic is actually unclear what we're polling. Weakest NNer is probably Snake. Mega Man probably beats Crono.

He lost to Zelda, and I think some people are hoping that's not because Zelda is a top 5 character in these things.

MGS has looked bad all contest. MGS5 having a mixed reaction + Kojima calling the series dead tanked him and MGS I guess? I dunno. I'm just saying I don't really think Zelda is all that-- especially having seen Seph and Tifa slum it up today really makes Zelda (through Aeris) look less impressive.

I think we get more of an idea about Snake when he fights Auron, who actually seems like the only FF character to remain the same apart from Tifa and Vivi

55% on Bowser is more impressive to me than 57% on Zero.

Its also tricky too considering Pikachu did about the same on Yoshi that Crono did on Bowser

Crono got the same on Bowser as Pikachu did on Yoshi. If Bowser is stronger than Yoshi, Crono looks better than Pikachu.

While this might be true , I think Pikachu would have beat Sephiroth by more than Megaman.
If only because anti vote and FFVII always win combo.

Mega Man lost to the most iconic Pokemon in the world, who recently had Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee come out.

Crono lost to a glitch, and hasn't had a game in decades.

based on today's Alucard/Bowser match, you have to put Cloud above Crono if you're actually trying to be objective. also i'm not sure whether i'd favor Seph over Mega Man; gotta see Tifa vs Seph first. and Snake's position is just really uncertain though sticking him in the middle of his possible range makes sense for now. depending on how he does later i could see him going above Crono or below Seph/MM.

id take crono over mm idc. I think Sonic or Sephiroth is perhaps the weakest. Sonic might redeem himself with a good performance on snake and zelda though. Only strange thing is sephiroths performance on ryu..anyways I see it as

Link > Samus (indirectly) > Mario > Samus(directly) > Zelda > Snake > Cloud > Crono > Pikachu > Mega Man >= Sonic >= Sephiroth.

I am looking forward to this match more than any other remaining one. It shouldnt have any bracket implications but it has potential to be one of the closest N9 matches weve ever seen. Its been awhile since Crono has given us a classic nail biter.

Never understood Crono's popularity TBH. I'm sure Chrono Trigger is great and all, but seriously, that game was years ago and Crono isn't even relevant anymore. MegaMan has far more games and is still relevant even now. And if you want to play the whole "classic JRPG" card, well, we have Cloud, who even now is still relevant.
