Ultimate, Mythra was given a different costume with tights and a dress that covered up her chest. This was likely done to help lower Super Smash Bros. Ultimates rating. For comparison, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U was rated E10+ by the ESRB, while Xenoblade Chronicles 2 was rated T. It was definitely to censor the art and try to avoid getting that T rating. The ultimate goal is to reshape people's perceptions by eliminating unwanted influences. When people make up their minds about what they want in spite of the system, or when the system encourages the thing it wished to fight, it's truly something beautiful to behold. Whether it's fetishized leggings, or something truly depraved like the Bowsette meme, I'm in complete support of this oversexualized response to an increasingly anti-sex Nintendo.
