It automatically backs up your current EXE so when a new patch comes along you can just swap them out and continue until everything gets updated. Only the executable matters with compatibility. The Trainwiz dungeon looks like some actual meaty content, the Vigilant armor looks good, even the aforementioned Christmas-y mod has a nice outfit. They're finally taking some baby steps towards unique content instead of just rehashing items from past games. It's all still overpriced fluff, but it's finally overpriced fluff that my hopelessly addicted ass is considering shelling out for.
