yep. thankfully you can have your own job outside of the sim created jobs, so he creates and sells songs (fame mod+ in-game singing). His best friend/ on and off girlfriend Kaitlyn also sells music as a pianist but she does have a profession too.

Jayla and Venessa are both met each other at the acting studio and hit it off immediately, becoming best friends and eventually started dating. neither of them were that interested in girls before but they're trying new things.

Tara is Vanessa's troublemaking sister who got kicked out of her strict Asian parent's home for selling weed and sleeping around, so Venessa, understanding how her parents are, took her in.

Jayla and Kaitlyn are cousins with a complicated family tree which would take me forever to explain since I'm like 7 generations in already. otto is surprisingly related to Jayla too, but not related to Kaitlyn since her and Jayla are only cousins through their 4x great grandmother. they were all raised together by kaitlyn's mother since Jayla had reckless teen parents and otto was an orphan.

I typically don't edit my sims' facial details because I'm awful with precise changes, and i feel like it changes them too much especially if I've played with the household for a while. What you mainly see is heavy makeup which i've put some effort into for my favorite sims, plus some really good custom CC. It took me a good bit to finally nail down a look for kaitlyn too because she was looking kind of homily in the 'smart asian girl' vibe i had her on when she was a teen

Vanessa is also a townie npc and her sister (and the rest of her family) is actually a random roll, I liked her eyes are stunning and her outfit had me feeling a gothic/bad girl vibe so i kept her as she was.

My sims live in the city. It's nice but all 3 of my neighbors are unemployed jerks who play loud music late at night, then have the gall to knock on my door begging for food, saying they are bored.
