It's just that I feel that in the world today there are circumstances that prevent this from being a reality. I realize now that I may have come off too pessimistic by starting simply by saying that one job should be enough is a myth in regards to the topic title. But just to clarify, I'm not trying to say that it's good that these people needed to strike to get a raise.
