Underleveled 12/17/18 2:54:05 PM #24:	Ryo Hazuki did about what a lot of fodder line characters would do on Guybrush, and straight up broke 30% on Sora this year. Weaker characters than that have won matches. Kyo Kusanagi could probably be not-miserable-fodder if he ever returned. For what it's worth he's probably the KoF character who has the best chance of winning another match should he ever make it back. Serious Sam is probably it.
