This was when I stopped watching Areow s6 and just started reading recaps

Actually wait, I think it had something to do with Dinah. Maybe that was in this episode too.

My last straw with this season was when Dinah told Oliver it was all his fault that Vince died... but Oliver told Dinah not to involve Vince on the mission he died on and she didn't listen. God I hate her.

I could never imagine a show so actively try to make the audience just hate all their characters in such quick succession, and then with dig there wasn't even any reason for his massive outburst. He was all great agreeing with Ollie until... Ollie didn't quit and let him be the Arrow? wtf

Such a long stretch of Team Arrow defeating themselves while the actual villain does nothing at all

Oh well, at least the last 5 or so episodes of the season were alright, the courthouse one I legit enjoyed. Now just to catch up the current season!

Sabrina Part 2 beated

it kinda started out disappointing - really tired of Blackwood - but the back half really picked up better than ever imho

Ultimate thoughts: Mandrake Sabrina is the greatest character... Lucifer/Sabrina relationship is uh kinda creepy... They should've filled the front half with more of the the Witch Hunters, their introduction was awesome and that would cure what turned out to be a meh start to Part 2. Super Saiyan Sabrina is amazing and I hope that side of her powers aren't gone next season.

Fuck though what's the point of Salem even being here? Such a damn shell of what he should be it's sad whenever he does appear.

Flash episode this week is excruciatingly bad in almost every way but silver lining is oh my god I'm laughing my ass off at Nora tapping into the Negative Speed Force. This is soooooooooooo Dark Side of the Force, the show just suddenly becomes Star Wars in these scenes

but man every thing else in the ep is garbage, this team does not deserve Sherloque Wells at all

Nah I wouldn't count Laurel out next season for sure or anything, she can probably come back after the time between seasons, using this time on the other earth as "hero" training. Supposedly she has an appearance in this finale even.

I started Sabrina part 2 and I'm legit surprised by Susie being transgender.

...but only because I already thought she was trans the whole time, but in the opposite way. Like I thought she was born a boy and later started identifying as a girl. It honestly never occurred to me she had always been a girl.

That said, it does make some things in part 1 make more sense, but at the same time means wow the jocks are really just huge assholes for the sake of it and that one guy really did just straight up punch a girl way smaller than him right in the face.

Yeah wtf was up with everyone ganging up on him two episodes in a row? Iris even yelled at him for being suspicious of Nora earlier this season. Really weird writing. But at least Tom Cavanaugh gets to be Thawne again so it's all good.

The arrowverse has been pretty meh lately.

I think the Arrowverse shows have a huge villain problem; Eobad Thawne has been a prison cell all season on the Flash and still overshadows both Cicadas in every scene he's in. Arrow lacks the personal connection and build-up Merlyn and Slade had, which has been a considerable problem for years now (Prometheus almost had it but some parts weren't quite landed correctly). Neron feels like just another Mallus and they missed a huge opportunity to connect it to the Constantine series with Manny and the rising darkness. Legends is the best in general thanks to the cast, but even then some of the old stalwarts feel overshadowed by annoying newcomers like Mona. I don't think Mick for example has had any meaningful development since the show has come back.

finally getting to lucifer s3~ oh man I've missed this

this episode of Maze adventuring in Canada is going all with the stereotyping it's killing me. So glad Netflix saved this, and speaking of... I didn't realize it's only like a week away!

Sad to see Gotham go it's had a real great run for a while. Penguin & Riddler a joy to the end with that finale in their coats & hats. Kinda sad episode though, all that setup but they couldn't really have any satisfying Batman vs Joker story here. Fine as an easter egg special ep but it really made me want more :(

... I still don't know how Pennyworth is gonna to scratch this itch for me.

Man, I finished Gotham today.

I would give a lot to have the show that they teased in the finale. It felt really enjoyable and fun. I don't think Batwoman is going to have the same kind of thing I'd want from a Bat-show.

like it's not a massively frustrating or annoying plot by arrow standards but uh just questioning all Team Arrow one after another accusing them of something they obviously didn't do... who cares about anything happening here

also they *seriously* need to flip flopping Dinah's loyalties however so-and-so episode demands of her, they've been doing it forever

Did you finish watching it? It does seem dumb for a while but it kind of pays off well. It does say something though that the first reaction isn't "hmm, something seems off here, maybe there's more going on" but "hmm, something seems off here, man these writers are terrible".

Disney+ is intended to be family friendly and Disney owns like half of Hulu, so they've already said any more adult content will be headed to Hulu.

It's also partially why Disney+ is at such a low price point, in their recent investors meeting they outright said they want people getting both it and Hulu.
