Well, i do:

1-2 (Groza and 3* limited): 2 turns for 3 chances at the limited, bring a single x5 AR (G11 in my case) and walk her to the helipad, one of the vipers should walk into you, and you just kill the last 2 and retry

1-3 (Crates): 2 turns for 3 crates, i just bring a x5 G11 and send her to the the middle point and then bottom right, then retry mission.

Costs 60 ammo and ration per run.

3-1 (UMP gear): 2 turns, 3 chances at UMP gear and 1 crate, bring 2 AR/SMG night echelons and 1 dummy, set the dummy on the top spawn, one of the AR/SMG on the center spawn that can deal with a black goliath, and the other AR/SMG on the rightmost spawn, auto turn all the way to the dragoon at the bottom and then back to the helipad.

No, when you get to 3-2 you have all the good grinding spots. I think you can grind 3-3 for PzB39 but it's a lot more trouble than it's worth

Oh yeah also 1-4 if you want to farm that girl with the hat, the 4*, its probably the easiest, just run a unit up to both rescue targets and finish the mission, your chances are RNG since the dinergates can run into the hostage, and its the 4 dinergates and the viper that drop the limited guns.

Can 1-4 be done with a single AR? Because of those speedy-ass ninjas, I mean.

Yeah it can, anything in chapter 1 can be done with a fully linked AR from what i saw, though maybe just G11 given her buff? not sure

I was using my Lv100 G11 for the grind already, so that's good. Might have to center her in the '4' slot to stop those stupid flying meerkat robots from screwing things up, though.

I'd place her in the 1 spot to waste as much time as possible for the enemies

I put her in the 1 slot for golyat battles, but I think the meerkat robots will go right to the edge and fail the battle. Just did a few runs with just G11 with generic 5* equipment and she's not finishing those fights too quickly.

It's pretty annoying that during planning mode: the screen won't auto advance when you receive a crate.

yeah its annoying, its because it ends the turn on the same spot as getting that crate... really wish they changed that.

Sometimes the planning doesnt work at all for me. When Im farming 5-6 (over 2,200 tries now), I just make a beeline for the boss, and after the first fight, sometimes they just stop moving. I swear 5-6 hates me :<
