Sorry about your granddad, man

Thanks. It's sad sure but I haven't seen him in around 20 years so don't feel all that much about it. He went into hospital because he had a fall and needed to fix his hip. The op was fine bought he caught something and that finished him off strangely enough. He was 85 though so I guess he had a good run.

Easily. I'd just jerkoff and workout all the time. I really find it fascinating that some people here think its literally impossible like there haven't been tens of thousands of prisoners that have had to deal with the same shit. Or people being stuck in elevators or mines and shit.

But I have a bigger than average family, I think.

Oh I have a large family I'm just not close to most of them. I haven't seen most of them in 10 years or more at my nans funeral and probably will see some of them on Wednesday on my granddads funeral. I guess that's the only time I'll see them and that's at funerals.

I feel like that living so far away from my family. The last few times I went, it was mostly funerals. One wedding, though. But I'm also really close to all of them. We have lots of family gatherings. And it's super painful when someone dies. So, it might be different since I'm really close to most of them...

Yes.

I don't see total isolation as being that bad simply because I know itll be over in two weeks and the reward would make it worth it.

Offer me a decent chunk of money and I'd say yes as well. In reality it might be tougher than I think, but the prize would keep me going, and the fact I know once two weeks is up everything goes back to normal.

2 weeks no people, easy. 2 weeks no games, no deal. Then again I'm rarely sick to begin with. Had years of perfect attendance at school.

No toilet. You have a bed, pillow, and light switch only.

Then I'll just shit in the corner like an animal. Or really just shit on the plate/bowl they give me.

What do you wipe your ass with or is that a non-factor

I rip up one bed sheet.

Yes.

It'd suck, I might actually manage to cry, but so many of my issues would be solved and I could actually stop being useless and in pain all the time.

Might actually get to actually live life and all.

Not being able to bathe would suck, but I've been homeless and only able to bathe like once in a month so I could get over that. If there's no toilet that'd suck, but if they take the trays back and all... well they'd be sorry for not giving me one if there wasn't one. x3 If not, welp it'd suck but I'd live?

I can basically live inside my own mind anyway, coping thing. So really yeah I'd miss a few people but I'd know in 2 weeks I'd be able to actually do things to help out and all so it'd be worth it.

No. Even if I made it, I wouldn't be able to stand watching everyone I know die, while I live forever.

Never getting sick isnt immortality. Even if it means you cant die of old age (which I doubt your cells will still deteriorate) you can just always go jump off a bridge when youve had enough

Yeah. Youre not immortal. But you also wont die of normal things. You either have to kill yourself and hope you have an accident... Though, that depends on the definition you use for immortal. For example, theres the immortal Jellyfish. It can still die, but not usually from just getting old as it reverts back to its polyp stage or whatever. So...

Yes, long term, forced solitary confinement. Not a mere two weeks that you willingly do with a sweet reward at the end.

Nothing on Google is serious. It's just a big ol' bag of crappy.

Drugs and alcohol cause damage. Not being alone.

Yeah the reward would give people something to look fowmrward to. Most people who end up in solitary confinement dont have much at all to look forward to

Not necessarily. If they only find like one result on Google, probably not the best. But if you find multiple articles on Google from multiple sites, it might be a little better. That being said, its about which sources you trust, and which ones can be trusted. Just because its on Google doesnt make it false...

In there case, if they found one study that shows what they said, but 1,000 that say otherwise, then its probably not a good source or study. If vice versa, though, then they might be onto something...

Google itself is not a reliable source. The articles are. Besides telling somebody to "google it" is not how the burden of proof works anyway.
