Real soon we're going to find out just how many people actually end up making it. The ones who don't end up making it are most likely just going to quit. Also the amount of money you're going to get for views on videos for under 1000 subs is probably going to be literal couple dollars anyway. My impression was that most of the people who actually make a living off youtube videos do it with sponsorship deals for other companies, not the ad revenue itself --- THIS IS WHAT I HATE A BOUT EVREY WEBSITE!!
