Technically the first series was in the 90s, but watch the remake except for a few Hisoka scenes from the first one because they improved everything else but toned his creepiness down for no good reason.

Yes, it got a second dub later on. The voice acting isn't as good but there's no censorship or cut episodes at all. This dub is on Crunchyroll now too. I'll second CCS and also mention:

It must be like 15+ years now since I watched it but I don't remember it jumping out as that bad.

The US got an English dub that was a chopped up mess that cut almost half the episodes, tried to make Syaoran seem a lot more like the main character, censored a bunch of stuff, and removed all romantic implications in the series. Other English speaking countries got an unedited English dub that was actually really good, but I don't think that version is online anywhere.

The second dub I talked about earlier was done over a decade later.

But seriously, it's actually really good, just not standard in any way. Characters, narrative, pacing, you name it, it's out there so far you need a telescope to see it. Just be prepared, and get ready to see lots of still images of power lines with buzzing in the background. Lots and lots.

If that was the only thing they edited out, then sure. But it wasn't. They chopped out 30+ episodes worth of material, including completely removing one of the most important things about the whole series: the relationship between Sakura and Syaoran.
