29 y/o Brandon Killian from Oklahoma is about to get benched for possibly 18 YEARS in PRISON after he was caught on camera PUNCHING HIMSELF in the FACE when a cop left him in a room after his arrest and flipped the script by claiming he was attacked by a black man cause he was White!!

He is seen delivering blows to his own mug just moments before he was due to pose for a mug shot

He flinches as his own fists make contact above his cheeks

The Egg Shaped Fiend responds to an officer who questions whether he's hurt and he said "This side of my face hurts, yes. The side of my face where, look right here, where i was socked"

A man involved in the fight, Jarric Carolina spent weeks in hospital following a parking lot attack caught on surveillance footage

His lawyer said he was lured into the parking lot so they could tag team him and beat the living "crud" out of him. Edward Maguire says "You look at the kicks, you look at the hits, you look at the high fives, and you hear things like, you're dead and you're going to be dead. I think that speaks to their motivation. he has trouble with basic functions, with learning how to walk again, trouble learning how to speak again, trouble recognizing family members"

The lawyer said the beating was RACIALLY MOTIVATED

Devan Johnson was also arrested for his part in the attack and is the one who used the racist N word term.

Carolina's lawyer said "I hear the N word being used, i hear you're dead, i hear those kind of things and that's enough if you're motivated by hate to harm someone, to intimidate someone, if hate is your objective that is a hate crime"

Multiple people were involved in the brawl, some of the camera is shielded by cars but Killian will face consequences for both the video and the one from inside the police station.

But for one of the charges, preparing false evidence, pertains to not the fight but his actions

With no idea he was being recorded, he was asked "Were you rubbing on your face or something while we were gone?" and he says "A little bit,yeah"

He was trying to make his case stronger and lying to the police to create a false report that won't be tolerated. His attempt was to make it look like HE was the victim by forcing injuries on himself.

Carolina and his family were outside in court as they tried to demand the maximum sentence but Killian didn't show up since he was tried for another DRUG violation

Maguire said "Whatever confrontations took place my belief is they were attempting ot lure my client out in the parking lot so they could tag team him and beat the crud out of him. One thing that will go viral is the video of the defendant beating the crud out of his face after he alraedy talked to an officer. That thing speaks for itself".

Should this meat freak go to Prison for this?
