If you want something juicier, if I had to vote in 5 seconds from now I would vote Lopen because more recently dead people told me to

so one thing weighing on my mind is, last final 3 I played, the other 2 players were both total non-factors in the game. so I had to decide, which of these 2 players is more likely to be a non-factor as town. mzero! ding ding ding

but here between SBell/Lopen, it's a very different kind of call, because the levels of effort are tremendously different. it's this whole other beast.

then of course there's all-smiles ulti just hanging out in the corner

ironically, I feel I've been in this game for way too long and simultaneously, I don't have enough time

Do you think Red would call all out power use after Luis went down or bench a godfather and send in the kill with a scanner? (poison obviously happened, and, come on they definitely used the redirect, right?)

I did look him up and apparently the author was eventually criticized for making the character fit a lot of racial stereotypes of the time period? Maybe...him being like, uh...a highly criticized character, makes him mafia? >__>

So for Stu to be scum, it means Pez sent in the kill that night, they kept Stu home for the long game plan when everyone was calling him scum, and Pez's role was not used in the intended way.

A scum flavor scanner can be put to use. To say it can't is just silly. Unless you are on a team with a flavor scanner and are bitter cause it was worthless...

The best case I have for it being Ulti is him seeming to play a reactive game with you right now

But you've sorta been keeping your feelings close to your chest too for way later than I feel you should were you going pro-town so it applies equally to you. All I know is I'm skittish it's actually SBell right now because of you two clowns not only keeping your vote off but keeping your suspicions off.

Also Ulti said he feared a Lopen/Puns/Ulti final 3 cause he couldn't outplay us both. I guess that's something.

-red shaded lopen directly early on in topic 2. said he looked real bad with lots of "distracting noncontent" (important note, later on red would bus pez)

-when 5tarscream starts SBell lynch, both red AND Luis defend SBell. interesting note: all scum also defended HB during his day 1 train.
-interestingly, when Luis comments on SBell, the *only* thing he can remember that SBell has said or done is an attack on Lopen, which Luis recalls as being a scummy attack

Lea/Chris start a death train and Lopen instantly shuts it down. Straight up defends him. like "what if I told you he did something towny before that you didn't notice?" or something like that.

here's this pez post from day 3 which I just noted down the topic and post number because it heavily focused on SBell and Lopen

That leaves SBell and Lopen on my list from that.

I asked for people's opinions on SBell giving them my three different guesses at his motivation for his play. Since then I think it's much more unlikely that he is indeed town power. So, what's left is he was scum trying to hide in plain sight or he was villager looking to draw attention to himself by looking like he was trying to hide. I don't know him well enough, but to borrow Chris' phrase I think both of those plays are within his range.

Lopen intrigues me. I do not like his interaction with Tom on D2. I did not like him not voting HB D1. He claims he didn't need to, and there was some truth to that. One post stuck out to me. As Ulti pressed him on not voting for HB, Lopen offered to vote and unvote. It would put his name on the votals and pretty much erase all of Ulti's argument. Or at least put it into WIFOM territory. But he didn't actually do this. If I had been him I would've just voted and unvoted, I wouldn't have offered. That felt weird to me.

However, in Lopen's favor is his argument against Red even after the Watcher claim. This is definitely a point in his favor. Probably lots of points in his favor. Then, Tom and Lopen's role play of the gut/logic interactions and his willingness to listen to Tom make me not as sure.

As for other scum reads, I doubt both MZero and SBell are scum. I don't have anything that ties them together. It's mostly gut I guess. I can't point to anything other than saying I don't think Red would let them both play this way at the same time if they were all on the scum team together.

I'm not sold on Lolo, but I'm not voting him today without someone having something much more concrete. The timing of his post and the vigor of Lily believing she wouldn't be on a team with Voldemort is pretty compelling.

So that leaves in my possible scum pile, Lea, Benjamin, SBell, MZero, Death, and Lolo. If not all the scum can be found there, Lopen, Ulti, and 5tar.

I was reading through it but I guess at a point I just started absorbing stuff with a plan to sit down and reflect later and I didn't budget the time properly
