In the video the man whose sometimes referred to as St. Manlet can be seen pacing rapidly back and forth while aggressively telling an unseen man to, "shut your fucking mouth" while dragging on a cigarette.

He then proceeds to taunt the man, who is now seen walking with his main squeeze, along with a group of supports and claims, "If I wanted to I'd have your girlfriend just like that."

He then snaps his fingers and adds, "and so would all of us. We would gang fuck her!"

I was going to make a joke about whether or not people were still trying to paint him as a poor victim who just had one bad day and the people should hold hands and give him an impromptu therapy session in response to his harassment and abuse instead of laughing him off/telling him to fuck off because that makes us the real bullies, but looks like those comments already did that unironically.

I'm not sure I believe that he's a messiah to anyone, it's probably just a joke. Because if this guy was a person's messiah... it's just too painful to believe.
