39 y/o Cry Baby, Shannon Blick, a former principal in Ann Arbor, Michigan is SUING her district for 5 MILLION after claiming she was FIRED because a BLACK person took her job!!

She used to be the principal at Lawton Elementary School for 5 years before being placed on admin leave in April and then having to resign.

She claims she was barred from entering the school of which her 3 kids attended

She thinks she is the victim of "racial discrimination" and a "conspiracy" to favour black administrators as her lawyer William Tishkoff says her client is seeking to serve as principal as well as get lost wages and compensation for distress

Shannon said "White people have rights. So yeah, this is a reverse discrimination case. Right now, it's ver timely in terms of what's happening in our country"

Her lawyer says she has a spotless and pristine employment record and accuses them of harbouring and acting on racial animus towards Caucasians and non-minority individuals

Ann Arbor Public Schools say they respect diversity, celebrate and benefit from a rich, diverse learning and work environment and understand diversity strengthens the organization.

Do you think this heifer is a victim of "racial discrimination"

If she was released from her job while truly having a spotless record, she should probably go after them for unjust termination rather than jumping straight to a discrimination suit.

She used to be the principal at Lawton Elementary School for 5 years before being placed on admin leave in April and then having to resign.

I mean there has to be a reason. If she just gets placed on administrative leave out of nowhere she is fully in her grounds to sue and I expect her to easily win.

Problem is the cries of racism and discrimination scream "there is more to this story" this claim doesn't need to be made. The claim does not assist with her case. It's unrelated to unjust termination, you don't need to come up with ideas as to why they fired you, you just need to say "they fired me".

So the fact that she is saying these claims makes it likely something happened, and her being banned from the school makes that suspicion even stronger.

Oh yea here we go.

But when Blick was asked to be placed on administrative leave May 1, rumors of a far different nature were swirling around the school district. The district was investigating claims that a custodian at Lawton Elementary School, where Blick was principal at the time, had stolen $25,000 from the district through over-billing.

Sounds like she was approving fraudulent bills using her position.

The fact she's making a legal claim suggests that's all it was, a rumor.

When somebody escapes grand larceny with only termination, they'd have to be monumentally stupid to bring the attention of the law.

Possibly, I have no clue, as the rest of my post said I find her actions odd. Which makes me more suspicious of her.

The school terminating her without a clear reason and swapping her out for a black guy in line with their "diversity is superior" mantra is pretty odd too.

Principals tend to get moved around, not outright placed on leave. That alone has me thinking there's more to this.

With that said, I wouldn't be surprised if what she claims is true.

My understanding is the only reason we don't have a clear reason is because she hasn't said what the reason is.

This is also a duckbear thread. That diversity line isn't even necessarily a direct response to to her accusation.

Waiting on proof. But I rarely see idiots who claim to want diversity not act in this way. The people who like to cry about racism and want to promote "diversity" are usually pretty good at being racist via their actions.

Don't pull a Mead on me. Don't you be starting with that unfounded shit. And literally all I did was point out that their response seems designed to justify doing the thing they were accused of doing. And keep in mind you're the one calling her a victim.

Somebody likely wouldn't be banned from entering the school over allegations of fraud and, more importantly, the fact that overbilling happened on her watch doesn't automatically make her complicit in the overbilling as you seem to suggest. As for the "rumors," I can't find any information regarding the investigation or any outcomes, which would be pretty pertinent given the circumstances.

I'm just basically saying you're as predictable as the tide; absolutely anyone here could have seen your (and midget's) general reaction coming. As for this case, I haven't said one single thing; I called her the "victim" for lack of a better term.

I don't see that. Saying they welcome diversity =/= saying they'll replace a white person with a black person for no other reason.

Yep honestly at this point there isn't much discussion to be had. The lawsuit will go forward and at that time the school board will be required to disclose their reasons in court.

I don't know that they will do so prior to that.
