Back in Spring Semester 2019, one of the students I tutored in chemistry at my university became crazy obsessed with me. As time went on, her obsession grew. She would text me every morning talking about how much fun she had touching herself the previous night. She tried to convince me to get a job at the same company she worked at. When I declined, she decided to apply for a tutoring position at the same services I wa employed at. She texted me every day from sunrise to well into the night. She often guilted me into responding by saying how I was all she had in this world and that she had no purpose without me around. I received many pictures of her. Some of them nude. I could keep going but you get the picture.

Anyways, I became sick of it eventually and reported her to my boss. I then had all of our sessions canceled so I could be finished with her. She tried to remain close to me even after that. She claimed that she loved me and she wanted to marry me. I told her we would never be together and I could not be her friend if she continued to insult me whenever I did not say what she wanted to hear. She did not like that. The very next morning, I was notified that I violated the student code of conduct and summoned by the people in charge of that. Basically, this girl told them that I was planning on shooting up the school and that I was harboring many weapons at my house. She also said I harassed her and made her feel unsafe. All of this is completely untrue but apparently, she had texts of me saying all of this. Conveniently, some of the storage on my phone was wiped around this time so I couldn't prove her wrong easily. I did not say those things but nobody believed me. Even my boss who knew me personally said I had lied to her face. I do not know where these texts came from. This girl erases everything on her phone except for harmless pictures of bugs because her parents go through her phone often. She even showed me this at one point.

Anyways, I lost my position as a tutor. Some other things went down around that time not super relevant to this. I tried to suicide. I came back and finished the semester but noticed I couldn't sign up for Fall 2019 classes. In another meeting with the code of conduct people, I was told that my status as a student was revoked partly because of the suicide but mainly because of what this girl said. I was told to either get help or to forget about finishing my senior year. These people required an assessment saying I was fine mentally. I got the assessment and sent it to them. That wasn't enough. Then, I was required to get a waiver with a signature from a therapist saying that I was receiving treatment. Got the waiver and sent it. Wasn't enough. They are now saying that I need an additional waiver signed by the therapist stating that these people have access to the development of my treatment. This includes regularly talking to the therapist. Being updated on my progress. Having me send weekly reports on my progress. All this really means is that if the treatment does not go well, my student status will be taken away again. I'm completely at their mercy and I do not feel comfortable with that. It does not help that what I do on campus will be monitored for the safety of the other students or so I was told.

Therefore, I will likely not be attending this university anymore. Once my parents catch wind of this, I will end up on the streets. My mental illness diagnosis is already kept as a secret from my extended family like aunts, uncles, and cousins. If they knew about my illness, I would be disowned from the family immediately and my parents would feel more embarrassment and shame. This will be the last straw. I was already told that I am a massive disappointment anyways.

In regards to the girl, I could try and fight this but I already lost once. Besides, she's white and I'm black. I will lose. No matter what you do in this world, a random person can come by and ruin your life just like that. I sincerely hope she burns for what she did.

It's really, really easy to fake texts. All you would need to do is download an app to backup your messages to XML, then edit the XML file in a text editor and restore the edited backup. That's it. I don't know why they're still accepted as evidence.

This is a totally insane idea but maybe useful as a last resort if it comes down to it...

Tell her you want to be with her and start seeing her again. Ease into asking her to help you smooth things out with the university. Make some big plans with her past graduation but make it seem like the plans can't be carried out if you have to change schools.

Did your texts save at all to like iCloud (if you have an iPhone) or something like that? Can your carrier bring them up? Maybe you can try those and see if there's something you can use to help you with the whole "shooting up the school" bullshit.

I wouldnt presume that youll be homeless without telling your family about your situation first. Youd think that theyd disown you but your parents love you more than you know.

Gym membership should provide you with a way to access a shower and they're fairly cheap.

Also I recommend you post this on /r/legaladvice, you might get something helpful out of it.

We probably need to know this. TC Ive been involved with not great women either man and Im sorry its came to this. Separate ties. Start over. It sucks but in 6 months you could be in totally different world. Take it one day at a time my man.

This advice goes to TC and most collage guys in general. DONT date and or get physically invovled with woman attending the same school as you in current year.

Its not worth it, look elsewhere off campus for them. Collages have their own internal justice system that they can alter and change on a dime to f*** you over completely.

Most providers don't store texts for more than 72 hours. They can tell you that messages were sent but they can't tell you what those messages contain. I dealt with a similar situation two years ago where I needed texts and was pretty much SOL

He brought the gun because of a suicide attempt and campus police caught him upon which he spent some time in a mental facility IIRC.

most city's have homeless shelters that will welcome almost anybody long as trouble isn't being caused if need a place to sleep.

problem is they don't typically open till the evening so you'll have to do stuff up to opening time.

this is almost the exact opposite of the truth, in my experience

there are a lot of day shelters that close overnight, and the ones where you can sleep almost always have a waiting list or have particular stipulations of who can stay there (women and children but not men, that kind of thing)

When I was younger, I struggled with anxiety, and depression, and even thought about suicide several times. I don't really want to imagine what you're going through because it is difficult to think back. The complete utter feeling of crushing despair is something I don't wish upon anyone. I hope you get the help you need, and avoid the worst. And just remember, if there's an off chance hell does exist, your fate would be far worse dead, than living and getting help, which will make you feel better. But fucking crazy chicks ain't it. Get yourself a strong, loyal girl. It's ok if they have attitude here, and there, those are the types of women that carry their men if needed.
