For ease of use and being generally low maintenance? Penis. No periods/cramps, no child birth, low risk of bacterial/ph infections like UTIs or yeast, etc. Easy to arouse and "get off."
For performance and comfort? Vagina. No dangly bits getting squished, hit, or just getting in the way. Mind blowing full body orgasms that make the male orgasm look like half a sneeze. Not much to worry about when sexy time comes other than basic hygiene and cleanliness. You don't have to worry about "measuring up" or being able to get and stay 100% hard for the duration and not finish too soon. Might be some lubrication issues from time to time, but that seems incredibly rare. It's honestly a tough choice, but I think penis wins out in the end just for being far less complicated.
