You need to swim to get to your house. There are no ladders, and it is 15 feet deep. The pool has lasers that will destroy anything like a bridge or a rope or anything to walk across. Filling it up will cause a nuclear detonation that will destroy the entire city.

Late spring to late fall it wouldnt be a problem at all.
Winter and early spring? Its gonna be a real nightmare. So Id also have a tunnel entrance that goes under the moat and ends below my house with a elevator and a ladder to get in and out of my house.
