About halfway between those two options. The base game is basically a puzzle game where you have a number of objectives and need to figure out how to do them without people interrupting you. The core Loop is fairly simple, but it is definitely a little more direct of an experience than Goat Simulator.

As if it were a sign from God, I just found out that apparently one of my favorite Youtubers posted a full Let's Play of the game earlier today. So I watched the video, it was hilarious, and now I don't need to buy the game anymore. Thank you, Mini Ladd.
