Fucking child labor laws... I got a job at Little Ceasars washing dishes at 13 and a job through Young Life at Great America in a hot dog stand as well (was awesome). Those along with jobs around Xmas (working at xmas tree lots etc) tided me over till I was 14 and started working construction...that was were the real under the table money was. Maybe it's different in Canada but I'm not sure how you can be cooking and serving at the same time.
