It's a 6 hour night shift. Pays much better than your current job, has full medical including dental.

Your job is to assist in loading and unloading crates from boats into warehouses as well as keeping an eye out for security issues with the crates (to ensure they are never opened) and for trespassers/weakness in the perimeter, reporting and fixing as needed. Training is on the job.

Your good friend Sanchez has started doing it and is at the bar trying to encourage you and a big Black British Man called Wesley to join him.

"You're getting paid that much to just lug cream crackers around all night? I dunno lad that's brown grass if I ever saw it. I ain't interested" Wesley says while sipping a Guiness.

"Come on guys, it's a great job and Bossman is recruiting. You should come join me, it would be perfect!" Sanchez retorts excitedly

I always wondered why more thugs don't just run away from Batman.

I swear in all of Batman TV and movie history (I don't read many comics) only once did it actually happen. A thug walked into a room, saw Batman, then backed out of the room, closed the door and just walked off.

I mean at this point what thug would still charge him, swinging a stick if they saw him?

Sanchez has always been a bit dirty, but, he has never steered me wrong before. I'd take the job. Leave security to the guys with guns. Duck and cover if... when (it is Gotham) shit goes south.
