There are tons of kids products every year that are high-quality and can be enjoyed by adults as well because they were properly made. Look at Frozen 2, a movie that is for kids, but has some of the highest-quality animation I've seen. Many Mario games are meant to appeal to all ages, yet Super Mario Odyssey (and Super Mario Galaxy, both have a 97 on Metacritic) is one of the most critically-acclaimed games ever. The "it's for kids" argument is so weak, especially when Game Freak themselves adds a lot of things that are for e-sports like environments, which are not exactly made up of kids.
