Got a reasonably sized 13 pounder and I'm planning on doing a 2 day dry brine to really inject some flavor into the turkey.

Doing thanksgiving at my cousins house. Theyre doing a smoked turkey and smoked beef brisket. Other dishes that people are bringing are green bean casserole and stuffing, fruit pies, mashed potatoes, and lumpia. Im making homemade cornbread and cranberry sauce.

Got the turkey brined and chilling in the fridge now.
