Good lord my wifes grandfather has been in the ER since 7pm and its been 4 fucking hours and they havent taken him in yet despite promising him a 2 hr wait.

My mother in law even yelled at the lady at the desk and the entire hospital staff for their inefficiency and their incompetence for not getting grandpa a room fast enough and what do these jerks do? Call security and throw her out of the hospital.

All for defending grandpa and trying to get him the help he needs. SMH fuck the healthcare system in the US.
