specialkid8 12/05/19 3:39:17 PM #1:	It's got some really good action scenes and great kills. The Uber Predator and the Stargazer program were cool ideas as well as some of the fleshed out mythology. Shane Black is still a great writer and the characters were a lot of fun; the meet cute in the bus was great. It's still not great but, compared to a lot of its contemporaries that have been dragged through the mud lately, the franchise is doing pretty alright. The only place it really falls apart is where the studio fucked Shane Black over and they had to film most of the movie over again and salvage something from it, so the editing gets lost in the sauce. And of course, the ~~weaponized autism~~ is pretty dumb. People just went in wanting it to fail. They only knew Black from Iron Man 3 so they decided this movie sucked right out of the gate, but if you look at his imdb his track record is pretty fucking great, he just got royally screwed here. <cite>specialkid8 posted [p:931151092] in The Predat...
