If it was a year and a half ago at that point I'd rather not know. It would just damage the relationship and I wouldnt trust her anymore, but that's just me

It's insanely scummy but it basically comes down to "What she doesn't know won't hurt her." I think we would all say that we would want to know if we got cheated on (most likely so we could dump their ass). But that's a lot to sort through, especially when it happened so long ago. You've got to deal with trust issues in the future and the fact that a big part of your life was basically a "lie." Assuming you were 100% faithful to that person during that time.

Edit: Best case scenario would have been to come clean right after it happened and then she either kicks you to the curb or you work past it.

Right now it's either fuck her up and she dumps you or just live with it, keep up the "act" and pray that she never finds out what you did for the remainder of the relationship.

Who says she wants it more than mine? People are perfectly capable of wanting something besides what they have.

But even then, If she did it a long time ago and she never did it again then id rather just go on happy. No need in digging up old shit just so we can go through it all over again. Especially as my gf. As my wife is might be a little different.

Now if i caught something because of it or she ended up pregnant then thats different.

If it's eating at you, come clean. No other way to stop it from eating at you.

Besides, if it's affecting you that much, then she's inevitably going to find out sooner or later. By coming clean yourself, you get some control over when and how it happens.
