Most likely automated calls reminding you its either time for a refill, something is ready and you havent picked up, something is on auto fill but there was an issue, or, on the off chance you have Medicare, theyre clearing out that sweet clinical queue

but yes this topic could be alleviated by simply picking up the phone.
