I just wanted to know if it was like California before they legalized weed and everyone could get it or if it was a more restrictive program like they have in some states. I did google it before hand but the information was unclear to me what the rules were so I thought I'd ask people who actually lived in the city/state to get a first hand understanding of it. I mean I get I could google it more but I just figured what's the point of reddit if we can't have threads like this? So, the problem is...Downvoting directly reduces the chances that anybody sees or responds to your post. If you ask a legitimate question and a bunch of gatekeepers downvote it, your question never gets an answer. It's legitimately detrimental to the community to have a downvote function. Stuff that's blatantly offensive should be handled by moderators/ignore functions, but downvotes are just petty rocks people throw at each other. Sometimes rocks hurt. --- I write Naruto Fanfiction.
