After high school your daughter went to Germany for an engineering job and while there hired a personal trainer at the gym whom she fell in love with

After her project was finished she's convinced him to come back to your country since she was offered a job there and he can be a PT practically anywhere.

So you get to meet him for the first time. She says to meet them at the store while they get stuff for dinner.

At the store your daughter runs up excitedly and says "Heya daddy! It's so great to see you again! And you finally get to meet my boyfriend Chuck Schmidt Ruck. He's just this way down the produce aisle."

"The produce aisle!?" you say with incredulity

"Well duh daddy, he is a vegetarian after all." she says

Vegetarians are okay in my book. Vegans are nutbags though.

I have no issue at all.

I'm also a vegetarian, which probably helps.

He needs to lay off the steroids, they aren't good for you.

As long as they aren't annoying or like malicious I have no reason to have ill will towards him.

No because:

1. I dont have a daughter
2. The daughter I do not have is not allowed to date.
3. Vegetarianism and veganism are not sustainable for most or all people and I wish my children and grandchildren healthy lives.
