Would probably be a complete nightmare. I mean, I'm grateful we have laws but there's a few that seem kinda stupid (like the COPPA law).

So because multi billion dollar companies like YouTube are using a law designed to protect children online as an excuse to fuck over their viewers and content creators, you responded by pondering what the world would be like without laws?

How about a world without greed? Probably a complete paradise.

Like we grew up without laws, or if laws just went out the window right now?

yeh, people aint gonna run around murdering each other, especially if it's likely they would get murdered back, would probably see a bunch of robberies though.

You would be surprised, and not in a good way. Most of you all have never lived anywhere lawless, or where police won't come etc. I grew up in such areas, and yeah, it's the purge, just slow, not all at once, cause there is no rush.

Laws are everywhere, they're simply a product of having a sense of what's right, what's wrong, and what's acceptable. If we had no laws, we'd quickly make them.

It hasn't been as bad for along time, but yeah, I lived in projects as a kid until about 10 or so, and it was pretty lawless. It's basically why they stopped having them. It wasn't quite purge level, but it was pretty close if you were new to an area (and we moved every 3 months, so I was always new to an area).

I remember years ago with my church helping out(w/other church members) doing group work projects over at the now demolished Cabrini Green projects in Chicago, and yeah those buildings were creepy to be inside. Also always gave off a creepy vibe to be nearby, outside as well. Along with being poorly maintained, because of their age. Thank goodness the elevator didn't stop between floors and it did work when we were using it to go upstairs to a certain apartment to help those living in one out, since part of me worried that would happen.
