Don't get me wrong, him ruining all the scenes he is in is a joke and I I'm not even gonna bother engaging that, but Thorfinn being shitty is definitely intentional and is very important to the story going forward.

Anyway, Vinland Saga complete! I didn't like it much. Thorkell was a pretty entertaining character, and Thors was great, but I wasn't that into the rest of the cast. Askeladd had his moments, but was too much of a dick for me to really like him, and Thorfinn was real dumb and annoying. Maybe the biggest problem is just how depressing everything is. The main takeaway I got from the anime was a plain "vikings suck," which is probably accurate, but not particularly interesting to me.

So I guess that's how they got away with having Historia and Ymir nominated for best couple despite them not having been in the second half? Kinda unfair but sure.

It was in a couple I thought it had good chances of winning. Animation and best fight in particular since the show looked incredible.

Way back before Season 2 even came out and there was the long wait, I had read Titan up until just about where the anime is now. So unless I pick the manga back up before Season 4, it'll be all new stuff for me from there on.

I don't know the details of this specific case, but I believe outsourcing some animation work to Chinese companies is relatively common in the industry now.
