Freeze it into sticks, wrap those sticks in mozzarella, then batter and deep fry them to create your own meaty mozza sticks.

The list is long:

Cheese (combo of just cheese and meat sauce is delicious and less carbs)
Bread (pizza/meatball subs/pizza subs etc etc)
Meatballs (gonna break down the meats a bit). You don't even need bread. I get this at olive garden sometimes.
Chicken (breaded or not, Chicken is a pretty mild flavor so a good meat sauce can really add to it).
Pork/veal (again breaded or not. I don't like pork with meat sauce personally though).
Beef!! (Works GREAT with a meat loaf or a pot roast. Hard to make a gravy sauce for a pot roast sometimes (like if your using an intstant pot), but if you have a meat sauce frozen and ready to defrost, just make the roast, break it up and mix it in the sauce and YUM).
Potatoes (crispy prefered). Really good taste combination, it's like a potato pizza in a way. Add cheese as well.
Rice (it's almost like a thick heart stew with rice).
Bell peppers (stuffed with meat sauce, topped with cheese. I made this for a friend all the time who didn't like carbs/pasta).
Eggplant (Eggplant parm is very populaa common)
Soups (it's not on, but added to..so pretty much same thing). Simple soup can be drastically made tastier by adding some good meaty marinara in it...especially if your making a veggie soup for a group but like meat in yours.
Tortillas (corn or flour), flour is like making your own home made pizza in fact, corn is still yum though, great with an itallian sausage + meat sauce)
Lamb (same as beef, adds a ton of flavor..the lamb goes really good with a ground beef/sausage meat sauce)
Variety of other veggies (goes well with tons of different veggies, or even a medly).
At least one fruit (tomato) but you could maybe experiment with others lol. Tomato + meat sauce is yum though. It's another good combo for corn tortillas as well (especially with a bit of cheese). The tomato is not cooked btw.
Tofu (yeah, not a huge fan, but it's not horrid)
I'm not a fan of meat sauce on/with fish, but some people like it.

There are plenty more but I actually have very restrictive taste buds so that is all I can think of right now.
