I thought Season 1 was really good, and Season 2 was fantastic!

Season 3 has been plodding, dull, uninteresting outside of Sara's death. Does it get better? lol Season 2 was so damn good with Deathstroke.

Plus I'm not the only one that HATES Felicity, right? Annoying as fuck.

The drama between Felicity and Oliver is what makes the show great. Her absence is a huge reason that season 8 dragged.

Plus, the flashback scenes for Season 3 suck balls. I loved the Island stuff, but this whole "hitman" thing I don't give two shits about.

Season 5 is when it's really good again, for the most part. I love Season 4, though, personally. Some of the subplots are awful and there are some really questionable turns of events, but in general...

Neal McDonough is a national treasure and we need to consume all media that contains him.

It'll never reach the peaks of Season 1 and especially Season 2 again for the remainder seasons. Up to you if you want to continue watching the show. Lots of people dropped it around Season 3 and Season 4 including myself.

I liked season 3 but couldn't stand season 4. The villain was played by this really smarmy guy that I hate in everything I've seen him in.

season 3 is where it starts going downhill. compared to everyone else I was never that mad at anything going on in season 3, but just so much of it could have been done better.

Id' say season 4 actually sucks, and season 5 doesn't start strong, but starts going by about the mid-season. But I didn't think season 5 turned things around enough for me to bother with season 6.

Im not sure why some people think season 5 is great. I guess if you like the B-Team then its fine. But I was always hoping theyd drop Curtis, Rene, and Dinah off a cliff. Rory was half way tolerable but then he just leaves the show for no reason. Why in the fuck the producers didnt lock down Slade, Thea, and Roy for every season is beyond me. Actually I know why, its a CW show and all those characters shared an unfortunate trait.

B team sucked but the villain was great. I forget that they came in at the same time. Such a weird season some parts were really great and others not so much.

So I powered through to the mid-season 3 finale. The battle with Ra's. LOL who the hell is supposed to believe Oliver is dead? What kind of a cliffhanger is that? Weak sauce. Also you can clearly tell there was a stunt double for Ra's good lord.

I enjoyed the crossover with Flash episode. Kind of makes me want to switch and watch that show instead.

I will say it seems they toned Felicity down since my initial complaint. At least for now.

Ugh, I guess I'll keep watching. But man that lame ass cliffhanger XD

It's not necessary, but crossovers are going to get more and more interconnected.

I'm not sure why Constantine's on that list though. You don't lose out much by not watching it.

The Flash is actually really good for at least the first two seasons, pretty good in the third (though near the end of S3 it becomes infuriating because they wasted a good concept for a villain by revealing it way too late and rushing through the implications.)

Season 4 starts good, gets kinda weird, and is overall pretty decent. I personally liked Season 5 a lot, though Cicada is kind of a shitty villain. The real draw is Nora and Eobard Thawne's plotline.

I haven't seen enough of 6 to give it a review, I'll watch it in a binge one of these days soon.

He wouldn't have been quite so bad if every fight didn't end with him just...randomly jumping straight into the air, and then he's just...gone...despite The Flash's superpower being the ability to chase a mofo down like nothing.Though, being fair, that's a problem with most villains in this show.

1 and 2 set the tone it should've kept
3 is funny hearing the lines they scripted to Ra's Al Ghul
4 sucked because that was basically filler to Kickstart Legends
5 was great but I can understand it came with useless characters.

Which carried over to awful season 6. Context of their "Civil War" was so disconnected. Literally the only good parts were the Adrian Chase hallucination episode and last fight.

7 started great, ended meh
8 was actually decent except for the crossover. Holy shit they did Stephen Amell a disservice. Part of the problem was he was out of shape, though, which stemmed from something else.

I don't think this was the exact interview I was listening to, but he does mention he stopped working out. I forgot the exact reason as I know this was brought up around the same time he had that panic attack on podcast (and cool guy letting it be aired) but I assume part of it is his schedule outside of Arrow was actually busier than most understand since we don't see him anywhere else.

He did look a little...bigger in season 8, especially in the Spectre clothing. Also noticed the hand combat dumbed down a bit...although that also could've been due to scheduling and investing into choreography, but I can't imagine the CW couldn't afford that unless they literally budgeted towards CGI.

You can probably skip out on Supergirl. I don't think I've heard anything good about aside from Jon Cryer's perfomance as Lex Luthor. Based on everything I've seen about it it sounds like the worst of the Arrowverse shows.

Hey guess what? I binged through and finished S3. The 2nd half was soooooo much better than the first half. Pretty much every episode after Oliver's "defeat" was engrossing stuff. It had an arc and I was finally invested.

Felicity though....yep she got worse. I thought she was tolerable again with her interactions with Ray Palmer, but ugh that romance with Oliver. The entire romance between her and Oliver is terrible, forced, and just unbearable to watch. I'd prefer her with Palmer, and Oliver with Laurel. Speaking of which, really like Laurel, and Thea, this season. Their characters really grew and I like them.

Overall, definitely the weakest of the 3 seasons but in the end I'm satisfied enough to continue on to S4.
