It's supposed to be a midpoint between AR's and LMG's so it has better handling/mobility than the other LMG's in the game, but its base time-to-kill is pretty bad. A Holger fully kitted for AR mobility is about as good as a base M4 with no attachments, and a Holger kitted for a normal LMG role is still inferior to the PKM in almost every way except for an edge in handling/mobility, which sadly isn't as big as you'd hope.
