Depending on where you are that might be easier said than done, lol. All gyms are closed afaik, so most people rushed out and bought all the dumbbells. I could only find tiny ones, like maybe 5-10 pounds at most. Meh. Oh, and people scalping them online just like anything else.

I wouldn't worry so much about trying to figure out amounts and whatnot. Just try to train whatever muscle group you're working to failure/exhaustion or close to it and that'll work just fine. It sucks using lighter weights because you don't want to stand there all day doing thousands of reps, but it is what it is I guess haha.

Yeah guess Ill just use my blue resistance band I got from physical therapy last year. And do bicep curls while I spectate teammates in warzone when I die.

And fuck resistance bands. I watched some personal trainer video on YouTube do seated rows for abs. I attempted the same thing and on the first row the tube rolled up my feet and sling back at me in the eyes

Theres a device that measures pressure of bands and turns it to pounds.

we use the thing when setting up banded deadlifts.
