Now I fucking have to wake up early to get out there in the morning on Thursday or Friday (at the latest...I should probably transition to mid-week....), "girded for battle." Now, sure I can sleep in and save a ton on gas, but work just kind of blends in throughout the day. There is no real start and stop point. --- I am a Contract Software Developer. What does that mean? I don't even watch tv that much anymore because of what's going on, so tired of hearing about it and all the restrictions and what's mandatory. the unfortunate part is that whenever this is all over, nothing will ever be like it used to be, fear has overtaken freedom --- we are who we are. who we meet in life, adds to the journey <cite>Pikazard1 posted [p:937866673] in What do yo... I work at a grocery store, so Im able to get groceries no problem, my classes were already online to begin with so that hasnt changed, I honestly didnt go out too much before all this happened (because I work too damn much and then school the past year and a half). I do miss my weekly visits to my parents. I still stop by to bring them groceries but its not like a real visit. I miss hanging out with my friends too, BUT we live in the age of cellphones, instant messaging, video chats, etc. so its not like total isolation.
