Smartphone manufacturing probably isn't an essential business, and neither is procuring a lot of the materials and parts, and that's before a lot of places selling them are also shut down. Because realistically, Nintendo probably couldn't afford to do that. Sony & Microsoft can sell the systems at a loss, & the only reason than do so is because their other divisions can cover when it doesn't work. Also, no one has bought Nintendo consoles for power since N64, at most.
