At the moment its probably Asmongold but he only ever plays WoW. I dont care about the game i just think hes an interesting person to listen to

Least fav: MatPat. Used to be a decent chanel, then he just started putting out whatever garbage he could to push his own theories, facts be dammed. I don't watch enough Youtube to have a least favorite. Most of the gaming Youtubers that I watch regularly these days are ones that focus on Smash Bros (Zer0, Alpharad, Little Z, Poppit1, etc.) or Call Of Duty (I Am Wildcat, BasicallyIDoWrk, Fourzer0seven, Terroriser, etc.) and usually for comedic videos and not informative ones. Of them, I'd probably say Alpharad would be my #1.
