Just think of the resale value as a site used during the war as a base of operations

It is an essential liberty, but the way American law has developed with it's presence has made it seem like it would never need to actually come into play like this.

Unfortunately, the traitorous Commander in Chief owns hotels in the District of Columbia that he has refused to divest from, so it's likely those with house soldiers and funnel even more of our tax dollars into the pockets of the evil creature that's occupying the white house.
