I average about 110/70, but I've seen readings as low as 94/60 and as high as 135/85 on my home monitor.

Between 120/70, and 140/90. When I was in the hospital 3 years ago, my blood pressure was crazy high, like 190/120 iirc. Anyways, they were so concerned they kept me for an extra day after my pacemaker surgery. I was on blood pressure medicine for a while, but for some reason my cardiologist wouldn't write me a script, and I didn't have a GP at the time. Now I keep it in check with exercise, and apple cider vinegar.

Typically like 110/60 but recently it has been rising and is around 120-130/70. Need to get it down.
